Meet with Chef Frederic in his apartment, which has a beautiful panoramic view over Paris at the border of the 11th and 20th districts. The activity begins with a morning market visit to purchase produce for the day`s recipes. The chef will then provide expert tips and propose delicious traditional or creative recipes that easily can be made again at home. Under Frederic`s careful eye, all participants contribute to the preparation of an entire meal: entree, main dish, and dessert. Bon appetit! Private Reims and Champagne Tour with Champagne Tastings

A wonderful day of sightseeing and tasting through the Montagne de Reims. In the morning, the Marne valley and your first tasting with a visit at a small Champagne house. Visit of Hautvillers, an attractive village on the southern slope of the Montagne de Reims, with old houses and hand-painted wrought-iron signs, it forms part of the three-top wine-growing areas of Ay, Hautvillers and Avenay. Dom Perignon (1638-1715), who is buried in the old abbey church of Hautvillers, was in charge of the cellars of the Benedictine abbey. The monk was the first to blend various wines to produce Champagne. He also supervised the double fermentation process and initiated the use of cork. Dom Perignon invented the science of Champagne and personifies the spirit of the Champagne people, a mix of method and audacity. Versailles Estate Tour

During the trip your guide will tell you about the story of the Palace and how the court was living during the Sun King reign. With its chateaux, gardens, and parks, Versailles is an immense estate. Your visit in the State Apartments will be with an audio-guide in your choice of language. After the visit to the State Apartments, your guide will accompany you to the gardens and park which stretch beyond the chateau.
