Getting started with Flight Club VIP is easy!

  • Complete our consultation questionnaire so we can learn more about you and your upcoming trip and travel interests
  • Your personal travel concierge will reach out to talk more about your upcoming trip
  • You will receive a confirmation of your travel plans and once confirmed, an invoice with a payment plan will be provided to help minimize any worry and plan ahead.
  • Your travel designer books your hotels, and with our FULL service, also books your activities, tours, and restaurant reservations.
  • You take off, worry-free, with everything you need for your trip in our iPhone app or PDF.

Planning your own trip, whether solo or group, takes considerable effort and time to have great execution. You can complete our consultation form here and we will follow up with a 15-minute consultation call with one of our travel experts. Note that this is a call for clients who aren’t sure where to go or when to travel. Since Flight Club VIP is a paid service, specific restaurant recommendations and activities won’t necessarily be discussed. We will just be getting a clear picture of your vision.

You can return items that are in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) with tags in tack unless it is a sale items which in that case is deemed non- returnable. We do not pay for shipping on returns unless it is a damaged item. Non-clothing items such as jewelry, handbags and scarves are non-returnable. All return/damages request must be made within 3 days upon delivery of merchandise.
